Prefabrications of pipelines

We are the manufacturer of pipelines made from black steel, stainless steel, and cunifer. We manufacture pipelines intended for marine, land, and offshore industries. We make pipelines on the basis of documentation in the form of isometric drawings (ISO-drawings) or on the basis of mapping. Sections are connected using any type of flat or neck flanges. We also use sleeve connections and VICTAULIC-type connections.

Aside from production of pipeline sections, we also offer the performance of pressure tests and assistance with commissioning systems to Classification Societies and Ship Owner Representatives.

Pipelines manufactured by us are covered with anti-corrosive protection according to the customer’s requirements. We offer the following types of safeties:

• phosphating (bonder)
• painting
• hot dip galvanisation
